Materials

We began working with the materials today. The three different weights

- Light        - Chiffon

- Medium       - Calico

- Heavy        - Oil cloth

Using these I cut out the shapes again in large and small and placed then on the mannequin creating new shapes.

It was very different working with material rather that paper.

These are some of the shapes I made......

This is the light weight material, I found this the most difficult to work with i found as it was so light and I  could not get interesting shapes out of it.

These are the Heavy weight ones, this was easier to work with than the light weigh but i still found it difficult to create nice shapes with.

These are medium weight ones. This was the easiest to work with I found. I liked
 this weight the best.
